I LOVED the hotel's central location. It was superb for city exploration. The front desk staff are nice. helpful too! I found that luggage storage was available, always a plus. I thought the hotel provided GREAT access to city attractions.
The pillows were VERY soft for MY taste.

Secure bike storage is offered, that is convenient. I appreciated the option to check in earlier, this saved me a lot of trouble. I think this hotel is the BEST!!

The room felt cramped. maneuvering around with luggage proved difficult. i found the lack of storage options a significant inconvenience. the bathroom was also quite small. The shower design caused water to spread all over the floor after each use.

The location proved FANTASTIC. The staff was helpful with local directions. I found the room clean. I also appreciated tea and coffee being available in the room.
The room felt small for more than one person. The bathroom lacked sufficient space. I noticed a faint sewer gas smell coming from the shower drain. There was LITTLE storage for toiletries.

The location is great. I walked straight out of the main train station exit. Then I went up the main pedestrian street. After that I crossed the canal. Finally, I turned right shortly afterwards. Staff was very friendly. They were helpful too.
The bathroom felt too small. There was no shampoo under the shower.
